ScanDAR is our new patent pending tracking system to obtain implant position accurately using just an intraoral scanner (IOS) or a desktop scanner if you decide to take the ScanDAR with InstaRisa scan bodies out of the mouth. This system allows us to scan and track every scan body for a full-arch procedure same day or next day temporary or final hybrid delivery. ScanDAR is the solution to scan any complex full-arch procedure accurately without losing track during the scan especially on a bloody field.

    Returns

    Returns are accepted within the first 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the scanner. We recommend insuring the scanner and/or laptop before shipment.

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus 1) a 15% restocking fee, and 2) damages (if any). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
