Cancellations for this course must be made in writing 60 days prior to the course date to receive a refund, otherwise a $1,000 deposit will be forfeited. InstaRisa reserves the right to refuse registration and to cancel or modify the conference without prior notice. Customer Travel Costs: InstaRisa not responsible for reimbursing prepaid (including non-refundable) customer travel costs. Your instructor, Fernando Polanco, finished his Dental Assistant school in 2011. The first 2 years he gained experience working with doctors and closely with patients. He became an RDA (Register Dental Assistant) to be able to perform more tasks with patients. In 2013, he started his journey in the dental lab industry working in an in-house lab for a doctor who provided him the latest in dental technology to run the lab. Now Fernando wants to share, help, and teach dental assistants to take a step further in their careers. 

Our goal is to help doctors and surgeons by training their dental assistants with the latest technology and techniques, and bring them to the next level and make a huge impact for every patient.

During this 2-day course, dental assistants will learn and understand the process of scanning with 3D scanners - intraorally and extraorally. After this, they will learn how to 3D print and post-process these printed prostheses, and finish them by applying glaze and stains to ready them for delivery. They will also learn how to cement ti bases if a doctor requests ti bases.

    What do you charge for standard shipping?

    Domestic shipping is calculated based on your purchase and location. If you are shipping outside the United States, please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view international shipping charges. 

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, InstaRisa ships throughout the U.S., Canada and to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. InstaRisa has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

    Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

    If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns & Refunds

    Returns

    Returns are accepted within the first 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the scanner. We recommend insuring the scanner and/or laptop before shipment.

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus 1) a 15% restocking fee, and 2) damages (if any). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
