InstaRisa retractors have been specifically designed to expand the visibility of posterior teeth. To enhance visibility, the curved handle design provides a comfortable grip for patients or clinical team members while retracting the cheeks away from the teeth.  

These retractors are optimized for facial scanning, orthodontic and cosmetic photography, photogrammetry, and any other application where visibility of posterior regions of the oral cavity is critical. 

The retractors come in large, medium, and small sizes. The material can be sterilized in an autoclave or via cold sterilization protocols.

  • Returns & Refunds

    Returns

    Returns are accepted within the first 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the scanner. We recommend insuring the scanner and/or laptop before shipment.

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus 1) a 15% restocking fee, and 2) damages (if any). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
