IR Certified Lab Sponsorship Opportunity
We would like to invite you to sponsor one of our Full Arch or Restorative courses in 2023. Details about each course can be found on our website.
The main purpose for this opportunity is to showcase your lab to course attendees and at the same time gather updates on our enhancing digital workflow and components. This will also give you the chance to mix with our course attendees to win over some business.
In addition, we would also like to invite you to a half day’s Exocad CAD/CAM course the day before the course. This will provide the opportunity to get any design questions answered.
The fee for this sponsorship will be $2000 and includes:
- 2 lab techs for this price
- Additional techs will be $750 each
- Course attendance
- 1 hour course presentation about your lab that focuses on InstaRisa services and cases
- ½ day Exocad CAD/CAM course with Fernando

What do you charge for standard shipping?
Domestic shipping is calculated based on your purchase and location. If you are shipping outside the United States, please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view international shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, InstaRisa ships throughout the U.S., Canada and to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. InstaRisa has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Due to high international shipping costs, taxes, and duty fees, we cannot ship any order that includes backordered items. We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.
If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from this return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within the first 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the scanner. We recommend insuring the scanner and/or laptop before shipment.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus 1) a 15% restocking fee, and 2) damages (if any). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
