    Business Financing Available

    Customers who do not have an active upgrade contract for their Perpetual License can now update to the latest software version, along with the purchased modules, by paying a one-time refresh fee in addition to their annual upgrade contract amount. By participating in this program, customers will also receive additional upgrades for a period of 12 months. The contract will automatically renew after one year unless cancelled.

    • Returns & Refunds

      Returns

      Returns are accepted within the first 30 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the scanner. We recommend insuring the scanner and/or laptop before shipment.

      Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), minus 1) a 15% restocking fee, and 2) damages (if any). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

      Shipping

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
